How i book 3-5 meetings a day (cold calling SMMA)


All right guys so i've been getting a ton of messages asking me how i do my cold calls because i've been telling people. Yeah. I get like i get days where i book five meetings a day with cold calls alone. And i don't do that much cold calling. So i'm gonna be showing you my process what it looks like so hopefully you can do the same for your agency. So it's currently around 9 0.

P.m the reason i'm doing it so late is actually because i live in in paris if you guys don't know. And so i'm calling people in the u.s. So. Yeah. I'm going to be calling them i'm actually calling them from my computer because i don't have an american phone number. Yeah so many so many of you guys asked me you know like what's your motivation how do you book five meetings in one session of cold calling. And i'm gonna like i'm gonna show you but something you have to realize is that you get better at cold calling by actually doing it. So i actually do this every single night before i go to bed and a lot of you i know might think like. Oh the amount of cold calling you do is insane and i totally agree with you and you know look at where i live like this is a tiny ass apartment in in paris. But it's still a tiny apartment so this is my situation like you know what other choice do i have. So. Yeah we're gonna hop in my screen. Uh so we have a team of appointment setters actually call those leads for you and we get you at least 15 prepaid body sculpting appointments in your calendar every month or your money back does that sound like a fair deal. Yeah sure. It's just me and when i was doing even just minimal i had like a. I had one ten dollar 15 a month budget google ad and another one that was about fifty dollars for facebook um.


But i haven't ran anything in about six months because i was getting too much business. And i didn't i was having to put schedule appointments three or four weeks out and by that time people were looking for care elsewhere they needed they wanted services sooner than that. So. Oh wow okay. Um eventually having just right now i'm in the middle of i mean it's just me i am trying in the middle of negotiations trying to get a building where i can hire some of my students that i've taught and have them come in and i can provide services to more than one person at a time but right now i can only i'm running one room out of a out of a. I'm running a suite basically. And i it's just me there's not room for me to service more than one client and i right now business is great. So this is a good thing i just i'm not able to that's not something i'm able to do right now would you be able to put me schedule me a callback cool then definitely give me a call back yes for sure all right you have a good day thank you.


Yeah all. Right. So i had to stop recording on my computer because it was actually overheating so when i was actually calling the people like they couldn't even hear me because the loom recording plus all the tabs open my on my computer just made my computer completely overheat. So i wasn't able to record the other calls but essentially this is you know these are the meetings booked for the day. Um so i have three meetings so three zoom meetings that is that i'm sending their confirmation to i'm gonna do that in a second. And then i have a few that i have to call back just because it wasn't a good time to call them. Or they just wanted me to call them back to explain what we do a little bit better. So. Yeah there you have it i mean that's how i do my cold calls so honestly today was kind of a bad day for me like i said usually it's around five to six people that i close into meetings it's just i don't know today a lot of people were answering the phone. So if you're getting into cold calling you know just like you saw like half of the businesses don't even pick up the phone. And then when they do pick up the phone 50 of the time it's a receptionist or a gatekeeper someone that's not the owner so in those instances you can rarely close but in my case there's like a 16 chance that i reach the owner. But i'd say around 20 to 30 percent of the time when i do reach the business owner i'm able to close them into a meeting with that being said guys that's the end of this video i actually have a call right now that i have to take so i'l see you in the next one.
